Our Return Policy
We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact with all included materials
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned:
- Clothing and Safety equipment (used personal protective gear)
- Manual Cutting Tools that show signs of use
- Pneumatics and Compressors that have been installed or used
- Any power tools or accessories with removed safety seals
Return Process
Follow these steps to return an item:
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request (see template below).
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Denver facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of defective or incorrect items:
- Follow the same initial steps as the return process
- Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect your return

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For international returns (outside the United States), please note that original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes cannot be refunded.
