Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Flat rate: $12.95 USD
– Recommended for urgent orders

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Available for orders over $50 USD
– Best for non-urgent shipments

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact with all included materials
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Clothing and Safety equipment (used personal protective gear)
  • Manual Cutting Tools that show signs of use
  • Pneumatics and Compressors that have been installed or used
  • Any power tools or accessories with removed safety seals

Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Denver facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of defective or incorrect items:

  1. Follow the same initial steps as the return process
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect your return

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
